This morning I heard Christina Pepper playing this piece online, so today I decided to transcribe it as a direct result. Here is Christina Pepper reciting "Rose Room": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R3dAg9mSNvo&t=14s Art HIckman was a bandleader from San Francisco. He sometimes performed in the Rose Room in the St. Francis Hotel, hence the title. This same piece was adapted by Duke Ellington and Benny Goodman and became popular again in the 1930s.
